Invisalign offers a modern solution for teens seeking a straighter smile without the traditional look of braces. At Bridge City Braces, we know that appearance matters, and Invisalign provides a discreet way to achieve beautifully aligned teeth. These clear aligners are not only virtually invisible but also incredibly comfortable, making them an ideal choice for teens who are conscious of their smile and lifestyle.
Advantages of Invisalign
- Discreet Appearance — Invisalign aligners are made from clear plastic, making them nearly invisible. Teens can confidently smile and socialize without worrying about noticeable braces.
- Comfort and Convenience — Crafted from smooth material, Invisalign eliminates the discomfort often associated with metal braces. Plus, they can be removed for eating, brushing, and special occasions, allowing teens to maintain their normal routines.
- Active Lifestyle Fit — Whether it’s sports, music, or other activities, Invisalign seamlessly fits into a teen’s active lifestyle. There are no brackets or wires to interfere, so teens can focus on what they love.
- Importance of Compliance — For the best results, it’s crucial that teens wear their aligners as directed—usually about 20-22 hours a day. This commitment ensures effective treatment and a timely journey to a perfect smile.
Invisalign for teens is a flexible and modern approach to orthodontic treatment, perfectly blending into a busy lifestyle while delivering stunning results. At Bridge City Braces, we’re excited to offer this innovative option that caters to both the needs and preferences of today’s teens.

How Does Invisalign Teen Work?
Invisalign Teen consists of a series of clear aligners adjusted over time to shift your teen’s teeth into place for the smile of a lifetime. These aligners are printed to perfectly fit their teeth based on a 3D image we will take at the beginning of treatment. Invisalign is virtually invisible while providing consistently dazzling results, so your teen can enjoy the aesthetics of their natural
smile throughout the entire process. After they receive their first set, they will get new clear aligners every two weeks until the end of treatment.
If you are concerned that your teen may not wear their aligners enough, Invisalign has a helpful feature called a compliance indicator. This indicator is a small symbol printed near the back of aligners. The symbol is designed to fade as the patient consistently wears their aligners, so if the indicator is still present by the end of two weeks, this may be a sign your teen isn’t wearing their Invisalign enough. Patients must keep their Invisalign in for at least 20-22 hours to have consistent pressure on their teeth to guide them into the right position. If they consistently leave their aligners out, their teeth may shift back to their original places, and treatment could be lengthened.
